Dweet Design website refresh is done

This fall, the team of the Dweet Design creative agency was updating the agency site. With a large number of client tasks, the work was strong and took one month. The studio in the UK worked 24/7 without holidays, and today we are proud to present our updated website. Below you can find out what was changed, removed, and added.

What was changed

Main and Mobile menu
The desktop and mobile menus of the previous version of the site contained outdated, incomplete information. Now navigation through the services has become convenient, the user can get to all the main pages of the site from the menu. For easy navigation through services and support, has been added a submenu.

Works
Changed navigation in the section with completed projects. The filter of the main categories remained above the portfolio. Filters for subcategories are located when hovering over each case.

Blog

  • Posts about the agency, and the work of the team.
  • Information about design help understands and make the right decision before ordering.

Support center
Some updates were made in the Support center:

  • Ticket system
Chats with support agents look more friendly.
Added Timer to tickets to track the time spent on a task.
Every agent (customer managers, designers, programmers, etc) have a personal account. You can make a request for your favorite team member.
  • Knowledge base
Articles for base things about services, website administration, and others has been added soon. The knowledge base is built into the Ticket system, and agents can use it in answers.
  • Tutorials
We will make various guides for customers here. The guides will be both texts with images and video. With the help of the guide, customers will be able to deal with some issues themselves without contacting the agents of the support center.
  • FAQ
Answers to all frequently asked questions from customers will add ain this category.

Actually, all pages of the site have been recreated. Check it.

Of course, we are not resting on our laurels and will continue to work on the site to provide detailed information about agency services and convenience for customers. The work doesn’t stop. We will announce future website updates here, on our official website, in the Blog category.
